Winkhaus in the 21st century

Throughout its 150-year history, Winkhaus has continued to undergo steady growth, from its humble beginnings as an agency business to a multinational corporation with operations all over the world.

Today, Aug. Winkhaus GmbH & Co. KG provides the organisational framework for all subsidiary companies active in Germany and abroad in the Group's Windows, Doors and Automation divisions. With 2000 employees – 800 of whom work in countries outside Germany – in its anniversary year of 2004, Winkhaus was one of the largest medium-sized companies in the country.
