Repeat orders and extensions for Winkhaus factory locking systems

The Winkhaus security card is now digital.
With the new digital security card, locking cylinders and keys for mechanical and electronic locking systems can be re-ordered from Winkhaus “24 hours/day” and “365 days/year”.
Orders can only be placed through a specialist dealer registered with Winkhaus.
To use the digital ordering process, you must first register once in the Winkhaus Portal.

NFC chip

The digital security card with integrated NFC chip can be identified by this logo on the card.

1. For the NFC ordering option, you need an IOS or Android-capable end device with NFC function.

2. The NFC function must be switched on according to the operating instructions of the smartphone to be used.

3. The security card is held behind the smartphone and a connection to the Winkhaus Portal is established after a few seconds. You are now authorised to reorder keys and locking cylinders for the locking system listed on the security card. With the consent of the legal owner or user of the locking system, the duration of the authentication can initially be freely selected between 5, 30, 60 or 90 calendar days.
