Thanks to the clear separation of server and client, BE can easily be accessed via a web browser, eliminating the need for local installation. This allows flexible access from multiple devices whilst also simplifying maintenance and the installation of updates.
The LDAP integration allows user data to be automatically imported from and synchronised with existing directory services. This reduces administrative work and makes processes more efficient. The BE blueConnect additional module also supports integration with Microsoft Entra ID, allowing the incorporation of cloud-based user management.
BE’s GDPR-compliant features and controlled-access processes ensure that it meets the highest data protection and security requirements. Four-eye/six-eye login mechanisms provide additional security measures to protect sensitive information and critical actions.
BE blueControl Basic
blueControl Basic makes it easier to get started in electronic access control. The software offers all essential functions for managing offline door components, persons, identification media and authorisations – clearly arranged, intuitive and flexibly expandable.

In addition to the features of the Basic variant, blueControl Advanced also gives you access to Winkhaus’ virtual networking. For example, the virtual network can help to reduce the number of steps involved in the event of a change in authorisation. It can also help to reduce the response time in the event of a key loss. The offline components are virtually networked via the upload reader. The identification media are responsible for distributing information on locking events or battery messages.
