The two massive chrome-plated steel hooks lock the entrance door deep into the frame, thereby increasing burglar resistance. In the fully extended position, they are also reliably protected against being pushed back.
Two automatic sealing elements are positioned at the top and bottom of the door sash. They keep the door tightly closed even when it is not locked. There are fewer draughts, energy is saved, and everyday life is noticeably more comfortable.
The combination of latch, secondary latch and hook ensures particularly smooth-running operation. The door closes tightly as soon as it is pulled closed, so that it can be conveniently and effortlessly relocked with the key.
The keeps, which are perfectly adapted to the hooks and sealing elements, also allow individual contact pressure adjustment – for optimum sealing and greater convenience. The optional and retrofittable daytime latch allows the door to be opened without a key. A fail-safe device also prevents the deadbolts from extending unintentionally.
