The mushroom-head pins are inserted into the security keep when locking. This prevents the sash and frame from being pulled apart. The contact pressure is easy to adjust. This ensures smooth locking and a tight seal of the door in the frame – a plus for security and tightness on the door element.
Very robust sintered metal gearwheels guarantee long-lasting function. In the locked state, the lock mechanism is blocked. The eccentric cams and mushroom pins are also blocked securely and cannot be compressed either individually or together. Therefore the lock mechanism can therefore only be unblocked using the appropriate key and optionally unlocked by means of the locking cylinder or by actuating the handle.
With four additional closing points, easyLock offers a tighter fit than conventional mortise locks. Depending on the lock type, the closing takes place either via the profile cylinder, via the door handle or in combination.
